Malden Camera Club - Public Photo Competition

Earlier this year we ran a photo competition, open to the public. This had been suggested by one of our local councillors – Lesley Heap – and I seized on the idea with a lot of eagerness. And it was fun. We advertised it in the New Malden Neighbourhood pages on Facebook and through our own contacts. And a good number of people entered. And they showed a pretty high standard of photography. A small group of us judged the entries and the following entries were judged as winners:

Under 11’s - Junior Odaro

Adults - Alan Habbick - “Where do you get yours done these days?”

Malden Camera Club Members - Phil Kirk - Wood Mouse

It was a lot of fun running this competition – I hope and expect that we will do the same next year.
